Mr. Wayne Vandenburg

Mr. Vandenburg is a successful business man with an experience over 37 years in the real estate industry.
Over this period, he has made his mark by creating an impact in the industry as a principal, manager, investor, developer and innovator. As Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of TVO Groupe where he is an original founding partner, his primary responsibilities include planning, negotiating and structuring strategic alliances and partnerships with institutional partners as well as forging relationships in new ventures and business opportunities across the United States and Europe. Mr. Vandenburg is a native of Chicago and is a member of numerous national and regional civic and professional organizations, including: The Board of Directors of the National Multi-Housing Council, The Blue Multifamily Council of the Urban Land Institute, and The Pension Real Estate Association. He is also a former member of :The Mortgage Bankers Association, The National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, and The Real Estate Roundtable.

Ambassador Sotirios Zackheos

Mr. Zackheos is the Former Permanent Secretary of the Foreign Ministry, in The Republic of Cyprus.
As Political and Economic Affairs Director at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs he played a substantive role in the formulation and implementation of Cyprus’ foreign policy on the Middle East, Central and Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. During his successful career Ambassador Zackheos was the Permanent Representative in Geneva, as well as in New York, the Chairman of many committees and meetings and was head of the Cyprus delegation to many committee meetings such as those of the United Nations Commission on Human Rights.
He served as Chairman of the 4th Committee of the 54th Session of the United Nations General Assembly (Special Political and Decolonization Committee). As an active member of the Association of Small Island States (AOSIS), he organized the AOSIS meeting on Energy and Sustainable Development in Nicosia in January 2001.
Currently he is Director and member of several companies and associations: Special Envoy of the President of Cyprus on Russia, Executive Director of the RCB Bank, Director of  various Investment Funds, Director of S. Zackheos Consultancy, Vice President of the Cyprus-GCC Countries Business Association, Co Vice President of the Cyprus-Qatar Business Association, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus International Institute for the Environment and Public Health (In Association with Harvard School of Public Health), Member of the Board of Trustees of The Cyprus Institute, Member of the Board of Directors of The Cyprus Institute of Neurology & Genetics, Chairman of the Greek Cypriot Delegation at the Technical Committee of opening new crossing points, Member of the Advisory Board of the Diplomatic Academy  - University of Nicosia.

MOHAMMED AL-TAWASH

Mr. Mohamed Al-Tawash is a an entrepreneur with excellent accomplishments over 15 years in the GCC and MENA region.

He has excellent experience in the field of construction and real estate counting several successful projects such as: Acquisition of Seef Office Tower from the Government of Bahrain, acquired through an investment fund Development of Tala Island, a 550 residential units gated community, in Bahrain. Establishing Arkan AlKuwait Real Estate Company a listed company on the Kuwait SE, establishing Gulf Real Estate Company, Saudi Arabia, developing Bahrain Investment Wharf the largest mixed-use industrial and logistics park in Bahrain, as well as setting up the Coldwell Banker franchise in Bahrain.
Mr. Mohamed Al-Tawash, also founded Real Estate Finance Company (REEF) Bahrain, specialized in real estate finance.
He is the founder of Jubail Development Company a real estate developer, Saudi Arabia, the founder of Bait AlMal AlKhaleeji BMK, a non-banking financial services firm in Saudi Arabia and licensed by the Capital Markets Authority.
He established Injaz Asia Property Fund, an opportunistic focused venture for the Singapore and Malaysian markets.
He set up RealMAROC, an investment venture into the Moroccan affordable housing sector.
At the moment he is running other successful projects in the GCC, Middle East and Asia.

Dr. Abdul Malek Al Jaber

Dr. Al Jaber is a graduate of Jordan University of Science and Technology, McGill University, Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and the International School of Management in Paris.
He holds a Doctor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration degree, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering. In 2001 he was awarded His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashed Al Maktoum’s “Best Arab Manager Award for Excellence in Management” in recognition of his status as the leading business executive in Palestine.
Dr. Al-Jaber is Chairman of : Middle East Payment Services, MENA Apps, Golden Mills, United for energy Services, Al Dawlieh for Investments.  He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Al Al Beit University, president of MBAN, board member of EBAN and other leading companies.
Dr. Al Jaber is the founder and CEO of MENA Apps and chairman / founder of Arabreneur, a leading regional enterprise created specifically to exploit the untapped potential of the Middle East and North Africa area of Arabic content and applications and the e-economy.
MENNA Apps is a leading accelerator and hub for Arab 'think digital' innovators and entrepreneurs with 10+ successful start-ups and many more in the pipeline. These start-ups represent the most innovative content and e-services; these include: Edu-nation, AidBits, Urban Arabic, Payfellow, Weziwezi, Beye, Mindset, and others.
In addition, Al Jaber is leading the revolution in the e-Payment domain in the region, through the introduction of new payment channels, filling a major gap that is facing e-commerce and e-services in the Arab world.  He is also a leading Angle Investor with key investments in Start Ups in the region and playing an active role in the enhancement of entrepreneurship in the Arab Word.

 

Mr. Jerrit Odewald 

Mr. Jerrit Odewald is founder and CEO of ONC Odewald Networking Communication (ONC) headquartered in Berlin. ONC is a communication company with core competencies in live-communication, networks and business relations. 
In 2004 he finished his degree in Media Business Administration. After his studies he gained professional experience at America Online (AOL) in New York and  Beiersdorf AG in Hamburg.
From 2006 till 2008, he was Leader Networks, Guest Management and Communication at Manfred Schmidt MS Medien Management in Köln, a leading German communications agency.  

Mr. Jeh Shayan Wong

Mr. Wong was the President of The Architecture Society and President of the ABEM Club in his undergraduate years at the National University of Singapore.
He served in the 9th and 10th councils of the student union at the university. After receiving his architectural design training at the National University of Singapore, he chose a career in architecture and master planning working on projects spanning Singapore, China, Bahrain, Malaysia, Myanmar, Cambodia, Pakistan, Madagascar, Mauritius and South Africa. Mr. Wong was admitted as a member of the Royal Institute of British Architect and an associate of the American Institute of Architects in 1997.
He made a partial career switch into investment and finance in 1999, and from 2000 served as the CEO of CommerceNet Singapore Limited until 2010. He made a full career switch into investment and finance in 2007 into the Private Equity and Venture Capital Entrepreneur space in China and South Africa, and served as an incubator and accelerator in various organisations.
He completed his training in advanced leadership at Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and further his training in strategy and finance at the University of Oxford. Mr. Wong returned to Singapore and Malaysia in 2013 to conduct lectures on capital mechanism. He sits as a Consulting Partner at CNSG Consulting Group Pte Ltd.
He founded the design firm Shyan Associates in Singapore; and co-founded investment firms Orientis VC Pty Ltd in South Africa and Oneness Capital Berhad in Malaysia. He periodically delivers lecture on capital mechanism and speaks on technology and business issues at international conferences in more than 12 countries. He currently sits on many consultative panels of companies advising on strategy and finance.

Dr. Nazar Al Baharna 

An, entrepreneur and a former Bahrain Minister of State for Foreign Affairs with considerable expertise in the areas of International relations, Foreign Policy, Education, Training, Energy management and Technology. He has Spearheaded reforms in policy and strategy that had influenced critical decisions at the Country’s highest level, and developed mutually beneficial alliances internally and externally. He has been at the forefront of human rights reforms, involving preparing the national government’s first ever human rights report and action plan for presentation to the UN human Rights Council. His recommendations were adopted as best practice by several developed countries in the Council.

Mr. Luis Yanguas Gómez de la Serna 

Luis Yanguas Gómez de la Serna is a spanish successful business man born in Madrid.

Mr. Yanguas holds a BA in Business Administration (EBS, European Business School), a Master Degree in International Commerce at the ICEX ( Instituto de Comercio Exterior de España).

He is an International Advisor for multiple corporations, governments and individuals both from Spain and from other countries of the world, mainly Europe and Middle East.

Focused in general contracting, infrastructures and services, IT, energy, machinery, transport, commodities, company creation and developments. Deep and high relations in the public and private sectors in Spain, both with large listed companies and with smaller and more specialized ones.

Board Member and shareholder at Grupo Cibernos, a Spanish Holding of companies involved in the IT sector. Grupo Cibernos was born in 1962 and is composed by a number of 12 companies being nowadays one of the leading companies of its sector in Spain. The company has about 3000 employees, a turnover of about 90MM Euro and is present in Spain, Mexico, Ecuador, Colombia and Peru. 

Founding Partner and General Manager of a large corporation, focused on International Consultancy and advisory services with activity also in the insurance sector.
